More Misha goodness

Friday, March 12, 2010

Some of you were very taken with my video on Wednesday, especially with the view of my toesies.

Did you know that Russian Blues have a very unique colour of paw pads, descriptions of which range from mauve to rose-taupe?

How would you describe them?

To me those beautiful toesies look like pink mussel shell — they’ve even got that low sheen to them. Rose-taupe is a good description colour-wise.

I (a Nebelung) have the same type of paw pads! My mom has always just called them “purple” but I guess that’s not very specific. I think I’d say dark-plumb-ish purple.
