Today we’re reviewing a toy from The Casbah Kitten, fellow cat bloggers and purveyors of wonderful handmade cat toys. This is one of the first toys that they started making (and still one of their most popular) – the Jellybean.
Like jellybeans for humans, these come in several flavours (or, in this case, colours) and you can choose the colour combination that you want. You can buy them in a pack of 3 or 7, but it’s worth getting the bigger pack as they’re inexpensive (only $7 for 7 at their Etsy store) so you can share them with your kitteh friends.
They’re made of a velvety type fabric, which does tend to be a magnet for floof, but I’m prepared to overlook this small quibble as these are pawsome. They’re filled with organic catnip and a bit of polyfill which means they’re nice and light. This makes them easy to throw around, carry in your mouth or hold in your paws to rub all over your face (if you’re into the nip) as Cosmo demonstrates in this video…

Oh these are such awesome toys – we have them and they are one of the few that many cats in the house agree on! We agree they are floof magnets (especially since they end up under the couch a lot at our house) but they are still awesome even if they are floofed up!

We adore the jelly bean toys! They are the best. My momma Ellie and I reallly like that we can carry them around in our mouth!
That Cosmo is a big ball of floof! She looks like she’s having a great time with the jelly beans. My only concern would be that they would easily get lost under furniture, but that happens with all my kitties’ toys eventually. I guess we just have to move all our furniture to retrieve everything.

Mom said she used to have jelly beans when she was just a gerl. She said they came loose in a jar and the shopkeeper weighed them and put them in a paper bag. She said they were delishus.

We recently got Jelly Beans as a present from Mishkat and we both love them. They are great to play with and the colours are very pretty too, wich is a bonus.
