As this was a brand new product, there was no look and feel for the brand, so in designing this website it was also a matter of creating a look and feel for the brand that could be carried over to print elements.

I developed this using the Thesis framework for Wordpress, as it is very flexible and delivers robust SEO. One of the more radical customisations of this theme that I have seen to date.

There’s nothing funny about getting a wax when it’s your hair being ripped out of sensitive areas, but this campaign for Auckland’s first specialist wax bar will at least put a smile on your face before you walk through the door. It’s time to see the funny side of getting your body hair ripped out.

Developing a brand and website for my cat may put me in the ‘crazy cat lady’ league, but this was an exercise in branding and social media. Could I develop a brand and help it gather a strong following using only social media?

In less than a year, Misha has become one of the most famous cats in the country. He was a finalist in New Zealand’s Next Top Cat Model, he has appeared on Campbell Live, he is now a regular columnist for Pet Magazine, and he had over 1,500 Twitter followers when I last checked. His website, which I developed using the Thesis framework in Wordpress, gets thousands of visitors a month.

So, who’s crazy now?!
